We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At RUBBIN Enterprise B.V. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our cleaning product, we are here to help. Below is our return and refund policy.

1. Return Policy

  • Return Period: You have the right to return your product within 30 days of receiving it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Products that have been used or opened.
    • Sale or discounted items.
    • Custom or special orders.

2. How to Return a Product

  • Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rubbin.eu. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return address.

  • Shipping the Product: Once your return is approved, you will need to send the product to the provided return address. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was received defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

  • Return Shipping Costs: In the case of a defective or incorrectly shipped product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

    • Products that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to circumstances outside our control.
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
